Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II in
Selection Services Unit, the Staff Services Manager I will assist
in the planning and organizing the Department of State Hospitals
(DSH) Selection Services Program. The incumbent will directly
supervise four (4) analytical staff and may oversee the work of
support staff (Office Technician, Retired Annuitant, etc.) The
incumbent is responsible for supervising and providing direction to
analysts completing job analysis, exam development and
administration, bulletin creation and other Selection Services
related duties. Participate and complete special projects as
assigned by upper management and the Chief of Human Resources.
